I am glad that Persatuan Pelajar Malaysia Korea (PPMK) or Malaysian Student Society in Korea has their own tour and travel group (TnT) which finally could help us travel easier in Korea. Those who are worried to travel alone or trying free-and-easy with family for the first time, rest assured that this is no longer a problem.
Their itinerary boasts a package of MYR1,400 nett per pax for 4D3N inclusive of accommodation, transportation, meal (Halal food), entrance fee and tourist guide fee which I think is quite reasonable to explore Seoul and the vicinity. Currently I'm 16 and I'm thinking of going there right after SPM
I want at least stay in Korea for a month or 2 because I want to learn Korean language and culture and also experience Korean high school

You could contact the students for quote.
I'm not too sure for our school if there is any exchange program.
But I'm sure that there is an exchange program between Malaysian universities and South Korea's.
Because each university has their own fund for this program. Once you are enrolled into universities in Malaysia you may check with your faculty for such program.
