Rate may vary during peak season, so check the rate carefully before booking.
I compared how far each guesthouses via subway from Myeongdong Station (the place that I like ^^) so you may get the rough idea of the location. If you like the guesthouse but don't mind the long journey to Myeongdong, by all means follow your heart. Nevertheless, enjoy Seoul!!

Note: Actually you could walk from Jongno to Myeongdong because they are next to each other. Just walk along the Cheongyecheon stream and without you realizing it, you are already heading for Myeongdong.

Note: This guesthouse is a stone throw away from Chandeok Palace. That's how near it is to that beautiful palace and from the guesthouse you can reach Insadong by walking in 5 minutes! However, you have to walk a bit far from Anguk Station.

Note: The guesthouse is situated around the Daehangno streets (universities) area. The place is very lively and food is pretty cheap around there because of the students. I love the host and her friends. They are very warm and sometimes her friends will perform reggae music!! ^^
